Shipping Policy
 

We offer FREE shipping on all US orders $75+. All US orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground (whichever is faster) and will take approximately 2-5 (two-to-five) business days to get there after 1-3 (one-to-three) business day processing time. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays imposed by the shipping carrier (UPS or FedEx) caused by the holidays or other unforeseen circumstances. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has completed processing. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Due to unforeseeable circumstances and taxing on international shipments, we no longer offer international shipping.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  

 Lost or Stolen Packages

Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determined that the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable timeframe. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer.

Return Policy

Here at DOLCE & DIVA, we know that sometimes it can be tough ordering online as a woman. We try our hardest to make your shopping experience the best as possible. 

With that said, we understand that returning items that don't work for you as well as you'd hope will happen, so we want to make sure our return policy is easy to follow as possible. When returning an item, please take note of the following, as we remain firm on our return and exchange policy with all of our customers:

  • Store credit will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise (see below and note all steps on how a return is eligible). Store credit may be used to purchase that same item in a different size or a completely different item. Store credit never expires. We do NOT issue refunds.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the date you receive your shipment. No exceptions. Any returns postmarked after 15 days of the date you receive will be rejected, and you will be required to pay a reshipping fee to receive your merchandise back.
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS.  ALL PURCHASES ON SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

Holiday Return Policy

Orders placed on or between November 27 and December 24 will be eligible for return until January 15. Holiday returns must be postmarked no later than January 15. All other return guidelines still apply.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you must contact us within three (3) days of receipt of your merchandise. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item within three (3) days of receiving your merchandise, the return will be rejected for store credit.

Return Process 

  • Please use the return label provided in your package to mail your return back to us. If you do not have a return label or if you have lost your label, please email us and we can email another return label to you.
  • Returns must be post marked within 15 days of the date you receive your shipment.
  • Returns must be received in original, unused condition, with TAGS ATTACHED, and with a copy of the order confirmation emailed to you or the shipping slip. 
  • If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
  • Store credit  is issued on the date we receive your returned item(s) from you. You are notified via email that store credit has been issued, along with instructions on how to redeem it. 
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS.  ALL PURCHASES ON SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
